Dr. Wanda Rutledge serves as NJCU’s Interim Dean of Graduate Studies & Adult and Continuing Education, where she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen graduate programs, expand community partnerships, and ÃÛÌÒtv adult learners. With more than 30 years of experience, she brings expertise in organizational leadership, program development, and cross-sector collaboration.

Tayo Arogula is the Administrator of the Office of Adult and Continuing Education, overseeing daily operations and ÃÛÌÒtving the success of adult learners. She is passionate about helping individuals discover their unique value and fostering a community where personal growth and workforce development thrive.

Jeanine Purfield has been a dedicated member of NJCU for more than twenty years, contributing her expertise across multiple departments and student-facing operations. Jeanine brings a strong understanding of NJCU’s processes and culture, helping ensure smooth operations and a welcoming experience for everyone she serves.

With degrees in Media Arts and Business Analytics & Data Science, she specializes in campaign optimization, dashboard development, A/B testing, and automated reporting. Her background in photography and design enhances her ability to create data-driven marketing that performs and resonates.
