Frédéric Mynard studied mathematics at the University of Burgundy, Dijon, France, where he obtained his Ph.D. degree in mathematics in 1999.
A full professor of mathematics and former chair of the Mathematics Department, he currently serves as the Interim Associate Dean for STEM and Psychology, in the W.J. Maxwell College of Arts and Sciences at NJCU. His research interests include general, set-theoretic, and categorical topology, particularly convergence space theory and its applications in topology and analysis.
